More and more people are suffering with intolerances to certain foods with the main offenders being wheat and dairy. There is a significant difference between an Allergy and an Intolerance and we can do a simple blood test to determine if you have an intolerance to certain foods. Once we have the results, we can create a plan accordingly. I like to think about it more in terms of the foods you can eat, as opposed to the ones you can’t! For more contact emma@nutrition.ie.
